IRREGULAR GARDEN

Jolene and her husband Mils live in an elegant Victorian sandstone tenement in Glasgow’s West End facing Kelvingrove Park. Accessed from their lower duplex flat, the garden has historically been tended but in recent years has taken on a life of its own. Whilst the garden boosts many mature plants, Jolene needed the two main beds near the entrance and around the dining terrace to be refreshed. Looking for a bright country cottage theme we cleared overgrowth, pruned and moved existing plants to other parts of the garden and introduced a host of pollinator friendly perennials, ornamental grasses and romantic shrub roses.
